All communication shall be done strictly via email. I do not answer messages about orders on any other platform.
Please be advised FemmepireGFX works on many orders at the same time and there may be short periods of time where you do not receive any contact until there is something to produce for your approval.

Payments are submitted through the website ONLY! This is to ensure that your order is noted and completed within the provided turnaround time. All purchases, must be paid in full.
I do not accept orders on any other platform other than my website or email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you message me on other platforms about starting a project, you will not receive a response.
FemmepireGFX does not issue any refunds unless there is a serious error on the designers end.
If for any reason you wish to cancel the project, please note that you will not be reimbursed. If you wish to re-book the service after cancellation, you will be subject to paying the price of the service again.

Standard turnaround time for Website Design and Branding Packages is 2-3 weeks. All other design projects have a standard 5-7 business day turnaround time. THE TURNAROUND TIME BEGINS ONCE ALL OF YOUR CONTENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note that these are estimated turnaround times and can change at any time according to volume and holiday seasons.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
Once final work is sent, client has free reign as to what to do with their product. They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third-party.
Client does not have to display FemmepireGFX name when posting the work completed, but Client may not seek to mislead others that the work was created by anyone other than FemmepireGFX.
Draft files and samples of designs are property of FemmepireGFX and shall not be used in any way or posted onto social media.
Once a client approves a design and receives the final files they are FINAL. There will be NO additional revisions , even if the client did not use all (3) of the revisions provided.
Any requested changes to a completed and approved design is subject to addtional fees.
What are your business hours?
Business hours are Monday - Friday 10am- 5pm
How do I communicate with you during the design process if i need to make any changes or have a question?
All communication will be done via email, not social media or text. The client is free to schedule a call at any time to go over details about their project if speaking over the phone works better.
How do i submit my information for my design order?
After your design purchase your information will go directly to my design que and a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. The email will include our design questionaire, design contract and also a place to upload any content needed to complete your project. Once I receive your completed questionnaire the design process will begin . I will only send one request for information. Your project will not begin until the signed design contract and questionnaire are recieved. NO EXCEPTIONS!
What file types will you send my logo in?
Your logo files will be sent in PNG JPG and PDF format. Ai files are available upon request and our kept for up to 60 days after purchase.
Will you include a transparent version of my logo?
Yes. A transparent PNG logo file is included with you purchase.
Do you include any revisions?
Yes all designs will recieve 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to request any changes, such as colors, fonts, typos and etc. Any revision beyond (3) rounds will be subject to a $15 fee per additional revision. Please double check your drafts for any typos or errors. There will be an additional fee to fix any mistakes after the design is finished. Revisions do not include changes to the overall design. If you want a new design, you will have to purchase a new design.

How will i receive my designs?
Your design files will be emailed to the email address provided at time of purchase. Please be sure to check that your email is entered correctly. If you have purchased any branding templates you will recieve them in PNG formats via email. I will also include direct links where you can edit your templates using the CANVA application.
